Exclamation Foglights a no no!

Get this... my friend was stopped by a mada for having his foglights turned on! Lucky he got away with just a warning. Gosh, I never knew that foglights were not allowed to be used since soooo many people have them on all the time!

AFAIK, it has always been the case that foglights are not allowed to be used unless in very poor visibility conditions. I guess the authorities just don't really enforce it.

"Very poor visibility"? I guess if it's raining, then it's ok to turn on; very unlikely that TP goes around catching people when it's raining, rite?

Default Use hazard lights during downpour

Are they really that strict?

I've seen people using hazard lights when there's a downpour... Strictly speaking, this is illegal too, right?

Now that the haze is so bad these days, shouldn't they allow the use of fog light?

Well, fog and haze cause same problem of poor visiblity...

Yeah, having it on the car is alright, just can't use it on a clear day. I used to leave my fog lights on all the time cuz it looks sporty lah, but not anymore. Although I still see a lot of drivers with foglights turned on on a clear day. Some lagi better, only use foglights at night and never turn on headlights
